Erica Cerra is a Canadian actress who was born on October 31, 1979. She's best known as the actor on Eureka the Syfy show. Cerra is born of Italian heritage who was raised in Vancouver in British Columbia. She was captivated by acting at the age of eight years old and was featured in many commercials as a child. An absence out of the business for a while, and she resumed in 2001 as an adult of 22. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine voted her as one of the city's most popular young actresses. Cerra was the in the role of deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy television show Eureka which aired from 2006 until 2012. The music video for The Michael Buble track Save the Last Dance for Me was also released in 2006. Cerra is credited with featured roles in several highly acclaimed and critically-acclaimed TV shows including Battlestar Galactica and The L Word. Also, she has appeared in numerous major films including Man About Town, with Ben Affleck & Rebecca Romijn as well as Blade:Trinity which features Wesley Snipes. Cerras body and head served as a template for Ashley Williams' character in Mass Effect. Khondabi noted that she had been married Joey Scribner Howard, her sweetheart from high school who works as a mechanical engineer in the energy utility industry. Khondabi stated that Joey and she met in the classroom at Greenwood Christian School, and they were close friends for several years before starting dating when they were senior high school students. Howard was a student who transferred to Irmo in the state of South Carolina to Dutch Fork High School and finished his studies there, kept in touch with Khondabi. Khondabi and Joey later began to date. Khondabi graduated from Emerald High School in 2007 and from the University of South Carolina in the year 2011 and earned a broadcast journalism degree. She has studied sports management as well as entertainment. Joey has graduated from USC also. Liam their dog the only pet they have. Khondabi told us she believes that Joey and she are both foodies. Her favorite food from back home is the onion rings served in the Dixie Drive-In. Khondabi said: I'm someone who is always curious. As a child, I would give educational talks that were broadcast on the school's news channel and then I would present the school's daily news. The news program we had at Oakland Elementary was called WOAK. After college Khondabi claimed that her first assignment as a TV news reporter came from WAGT in Augusta Georgia. Khondabi said that she worked as a reporter in Augusta Georgia for approximately six years. In the months following Augusta I was the morning anchor at WOWK in Charleston West Virginia at WOWK and then Columbus Ohio as a traffic anchor and morning news host on the Local ABC as well as FOX affiliates.
